A kitchen sink that drains slower every week, a shower that backs up mid-rinse, a floor drain that gurgles when the washer runs — these rarely fix themselves, and snaking the surface clog usually just buys a few weeks. Our New London drain team runs camera inspections to find the actual cause.
Every drain job in New London starts with a look inside the pipe, not a guess based on symptoms alone.
Our New London, CT drain crew is licensed and insured, trained specifically on camera equipment and hydro-jetting systems.
We keep drain-specific equipment on dedicated trucks so New London, CT dispatch doesn't need a special equipment run.
The diagnosis determines the price, and that price is confirmed in writing before we start clearing anything.
These are the drain issues we see most often across New London, each handled with the equipment built for that specific cause.
Jetting scours the full diameter of the line, which is why it outperforms snaking on recurring grease and buildup problems.
A waterproof camera is fed through the line to locate the exact blockage, a bellied section, or root intrusion before any tool touches the pipe.
For a straightforward single-fixture clog, a mechanical auger clears the blockage without the cost of jetting equipment.
We clear root intrusion and camera-check the pipe afterward to see whether a liner or spot repair is also needed.
Grease buildup in kitchen lines is cleared with jetting, which handles congealed grease far better than a cable.
Scheduled jetting on problem lines keeps grease and scale from building back up between service visits.
Dispatch asks a few quick questions about the symptoms to route the right equipment on the first trip.
A technician with camera and jetting equipment arrives within the scheduled window, ready to diagnose on-site.
The line gets camera-inspected, the actual blockage identified, and a flat price quoted before any clearing begins.
We re-run the camera after clearing so you can see the difference, backed by a workmanship warranty on the service.

Modern jetting equipment lets us control pressure, and we camera-check condition before recommending it on aging pipe.
Camera inspection pricing is quoted upfront and often bundled into the diagnosis fee for a drain cleaning call.
Yes — roots seek out moisture and can enter through small cracks or joints in sewer and drain lines, especially older clay pipe.
We can recommend a maintenance interval based on your trap size and kitchen volume after the first service visit.
